The Flight Throttle Quadrant installs drivers and software allowing you to program your Flight Throttle Quadrant controller. Once you have installed the new software you should copy your game profiles from the old location to the new folder location. You can create multiple profiles; assign keyboard keys to every button; change sensitivity for a directional axis; and more.
